TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Mass fraction of non-volatile substances: 50-55 %
Diluent: Toluene
Mixing ratio: Base 10 parts by volume
Hardener 1 part by volume
Density: 1.0 ± 0.1 kg/litre (ready-to-use mixture)
Method of application: By airless or traditional spray. In order to obtain a smooth, non-porous surface, the working viscosity when applied with an airless spray should be 30-60 sec. DIN4. Depending on the type of components (paint, hardener and solvent), dilute the paint by 10%. The nozzle diameter of the airless sprayer is 0.011"-0.017"; pressure is 120-160 bar, the spray angle is selected depending on the shape of the painted structure.
Drying time: 1 hour before recoating, 24 hours before transportation
, drying time and interlayer exposure are independent of film thickness, temperature, relative humidity and ventilation
Curing method: chemical reaction
Recommended film thickness and theoretical consumption:
to ensure maximum protection of the metal surface from corrosion, the recommended total thickness of all layers should be 190-210 microns
. The coating consumption per m2 is approximately 450 grams
. The practical consumption depends on the application method, application conditions, and the shape and roughness of the surface to be painted.
Pot life: 8 hours (-20 °C /+30 °C).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Painting conditions: The surface must be dry. When applying and curing the paint, the temperature of the ambient air, the surface to be painted and the paint should not fall below -25 ° C. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%. The temperature of the steel surface must be at least 3 ° C above the dew point of the air.
Preliminary preparation: Mix the paint in a container for at least 5 minutes before use, until the sediment is completely mixed. If necessary, add a diluent, xylene (orthoxylene), not more than 5% by weight of the coating.
Surface preparation: Remove salts, lubricants, oil and other contaminants in an appropriate manner.
Cleaning of tools: Solvent P-4
Priming: Not required
