TLN Ceramic Fe is a one-component polyurethane coating

It is recommended as an independent coating for metal, concrete, etc. cellular surfaces and their protection from the effects of atmospheric precipitation, vapors and solutions of salts, acids, alkalis, or as a finishing layer in various protective systems.
It has excellent weather resistance, resistance to salt solutions and fog.
It is recommended for the exterior surfaces of steel frames (lighting poles, communication towers, enclosing structures, etc.), tanks, pipelines, machinery and equipment operated in an aggressive industrial atmosphere. It does not burn after drying and is resistant to open fire.
It can be used for painting metal and concrete structures in the coastal marine area.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Mass fraction of non-volatile substances: 60-65 %
Diluent: xylene (orthoxylene)
Density: 1.25 ± 0.1 kg / litre
Method of application: By airless or traditional spray. In order to obtain a smooth, non-porous surface, the working viscosity when applied by airless spray should be 55-75 sec. DIN4. Depending on the temperature, dilute the paint by 5%. The nozzle diameter of the airless sprayer is 0.017"-0.025"; pressure is 120-160 bar, the spray angle is selected depending on the shape of the painted structure.
Drying time: 1 hour before recoating, 24 hours before transportation
Method of curing: Recommended film thickness and theoretical consumption: to ensure maximum protection of the metal surface from corrosion, the recommended total thickness of all layers should be 190-210 microns. The coating consumption per m2 is approximately 450 grams. The practical consumption depends on the application method, application conditions, and the shape and roughness of the surface to be painted.
Composition: Polymer resin, anticorrosive additives, fillers, stabilizers, solvent, pigment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Painting conditions: The surface must be dry. When applying and curing the paint, the temperature of the ambient air, the surface to be painted and the paint should not fall below -25 ° C. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%. The temperature of the steel surface must be at least 3 ° C above the dew point of the air.
Preliminary preparation: Mix the paint in a container for at least 5 minutes before use, until the sediment is completely mixed. If necessary, add a diluent, xylene (orthoxylene), not more than 5% by weight of the coating.
Surface preparation: Remove salts, lubricants, oil and other contaminants in an appropriate manner.
Cleaning of tools: Solvent P-4
Priming: Not required
