TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Consumption per 1 coat is 375-600 g/m2
Method of application: before application, the paint should be thoroughly mixed and, if necessary, diluted to a working viscosity with a solvent. The paint is applied using marking machines, pneumatic or airless spraying, or manually stenciled with a spray gun, brush, or roller. Road marking works should be carried out in dry weather at a temperature of +5°From up to +35 ° C and relative humidity not higher than 70%. It is not allowed to apply paint on the frozen, wet and soaked with water carriageways. When applied with a roller or brush, the paint is not diluted. When applied with a spray gun or using a marking machine, it is allowed to dilute the paint with a solvent in an amount not exceeding 10% by weight of the paint.
Temperature resistance of the coating: the paint coating is resistant to temperature changes from -40 °C to +60 °C.
Appearance of the coating: after drying, the paint should form a uniform surface without craters, shrinkage cracks, pores and wrinkles.
Compatibility with paintwork: it is not allowed to mix AK—511 paint with other paint materials.
Drying time: from 10 to 30 min. When using the paint in conditions of high humidity and low temperature (not lower than +5 °C) the drying time of the marking lines is increased to 1 hour. The drying time of the paint is checked by the absence of "sticking".
Storage and transportation: It should be stored in tightly sealed containers, protected from water and direct sunlight. The storage temperature is in the range of -30... +40 degrees.
Composition: pigment, filler, special additives, organic solvent.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Application conditions: Work with the enamel only in dry weather. The coating is cleaned from dirt and dust as much as possible. The air temperature is +5...+30 degrees, the humidity does not exceed 85%.
Preliminary preparation: before applying the paint, the coating is cleaned of dust and dirt with a metal brush of a washing machine. If necessary, the coating is additionally rinsed with water and dried.
Cleaning of tools: Rinse the tool with water immediately after use. The dried material is removed only mechanically.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY: the paint is toxic due to the presence of solvents in the composition, hazard class – 3. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water, keep out of reach of children. Use rubber gloves to protect your hands. Respiratory organs must be protected with respirators or gas masks. Fire safety measures should be strictly observed – do not smoke, avoid sparks. In case of fire, extinguish with sand, asbestos blankets, foam, and water.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: Dispose of empty containers as household waste. Do not pour the remaining material into sewers and reservoirs.
