Putty for OSB acrylic

It has high strength, elasticity and moisture resistance. It is characterized by low shrinkage and is compatible with both organosoluble and water-soluble paints. It contains antifungal components.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Consumption per 1 coat is 1-1.2 kg/m2 with a layer thickness of 1 mm.
Diluent: Water
Method of application: It is applied with a grater, trowel or spatula.
Drying time at (20±2)°C and relative humidity (65±5)% From 8 to 24 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer. Subsequent painting is carried out after complete drying, but not earlier than 24 hours. Complete hardening takes 4-5 days.
Tinting: In the factory in any shade. Independently in the unsaturation of the tone with universal tinting pastes and water-based paints. With machine tinting, color matching is not guaranteed.
Storage and transportation: At a temperature not lower than +5°C in a tightly sealed container, protecting from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Single transportation is allowed during the winter period with freezing. Defrost in a warm room without mechanical impact. After complete defrosting, mix thoroughly with a mixer at low speed before use.
The warranty period of storage in the original unopened packaging is 3 years.
Composition: Acrylic dispersion, pigment, fiber, antiseptic, water, environmentally friendly marble, technological additives.

Application conditions: The substrate must be dry and clean, the temperature of the surface, putty and air is not lower than +8 ° C, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%.
Preliminary preparation: Clean the surface from loose old coatings, dirt and dust. Absorbent and brittle surfaces should be treated, for example, with a "Strengthening" primer, then with a "Deep Penetration" primer.
Application: It is applied with a grater, trowel or spatula in a layer of 1-3 mm. If necessary, sand the resulting irregularities after the material has completely dried. The second and subsequent layers should be applied after the previous layer has dried. Before applying the finishing coat, priming the putty layer is optional.
Cleaning of tools: Rinse the tool with water immediately after use. The dried material is removed only mechanically.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY: The composition is fire- and explosion-proof, has no unpleasant odor. Do not mix with other paints, impregnations and solvents. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water in case of contact, keep out of reach of children. Use rubber gloves to protect your hands.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: Dispose of empty containers as household waste. Do not pour the remaining material into sewers and reservoirs.
